Online delivery will continue for classes scheduled for Spring and Summer 2020 terms. The majority of classes scheduled are able to be delivered online; however, some will need to be cancelled or postponed until in-person delivery resumes.
Current students will receive further direction about their upcoming spring and summer courses through an email from their program. Students should reach out to their programs if they have any questions.
Students who have been admitted for Spring or Summer 2020 terms, and who are not yet enrolled, will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office with further instructions.
Please note that NAIT will return to our normal practice of grading with percentages for Spring and Summer 2020 classes.
If you have not paid your tuition fee for Spring 2020 term, you are encouraged to wait until after April 10 so we can adjust tuition to reflect the lower NAITSA fee for online delivery. For any students who have already paid their tuition for spring, we will be adjusting your fees by early next week. For information on how refunds will be processed, please refer to the Admission and Account Inquiries section on the Information for NAIT Students page.
Please note the enrolment and tuition payment deadlines have been extended to April 29 for the Spring 2020 term. This deadline applies to all students enrolled in certificate, diploma and degree programs as well as Academic Upgrading students. If you’re having trouble meeting payment deadlines because of COVID-19 business disruptions, please contact the Student Service Centre to discuss alternate arrangements.
