COVID-19 Update for March 1: Province lifts additional public health restrictions; many still remain in place

Today, the Government of Alberta announced that they were immediately moving into step 2 of their roadmap on how restrictions will be eased in the coming months.

NAIT is evaluating the plan to understand what impact step 2 has on the specific on-campus activities currently impacted by public health restrictions. We will communicate those changes to you as soon as possible at nait.ca/covid19.

There continues to be no impact to student learning outcomes. Classes, shops, labs, applied research and other Industry Solutions activities will continue as currently scheduled.

All other current public health restrictions remain in place. This includes all health and safety protocols put in place at NAIT.
