NAIT’s relaunch approach and framework
- COVID-19 Incident Report - Students, contractors and visitors should complete and submit this report to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are sick or have tested positive for COVID-19 and have been on campus within the last 14 days.
- Staff can complete and submit a COVID-19 Incident Report through the myCority application which will send the report directly to Health Services. Visit the staff Intranet for more information on using this tool (login required).
Procedures for working from home (staff)
Complete these forms before working from home. Supervisors are responsible for maintaining the completed forms of their employees.
Staff and leaders should also review the Interim Guidance for Working Alone and e-Work during COVID-19.
For staff, students and contractors, please complete your safety training.
Staff, students, contractors, clients and visitors and tenants must complete and submit a responsibility declaration to your NAIT contact before coming to campus. A new declaration needs to be submitted at the beginning of each term.
