Procedures

  • NAIT Incident Report - For staff, students, contractors and visitors - Complete and submit this report to healthservices@nait.ca if 
    • You are sick and have been on campus within the last 14 days, or 
    • A staff member or student under your supervision is sick and has visited campus within the last 14 days 

Procedures for working from home  (staff)

Complete these forms before working from home. Supervisors are responsible for maintaining the completed forms of their employees. 

Staff and leaders should review the Interim Guidance for Working Alone and e-Work during COVID-19

For staff, students and contractors - Complete your safety training and sign your responsibility declaration.

Responsibility declarations 

For staff, students, contractors, clients and visitors and tenants – Complete and submit your responsibility declaration to your NAIT contact before coming to campus. A new declaration needs to be submitted at the beginning of each term
